Processing Time Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Handmade or upcycled items may require a little extra time depending on finishing, curing, or packaging needs.

Packaging & Protection Every item is packed with care. Vintage and antique pieces are fragile, unique, and often irreplaceable, so I use proper padding, reinforcement, and protection to make sure your item arrives safely.

Domestic Shipping Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight. Tracking is always included

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to find a solution. If a package is lost in transit, I’ll assist with carrier claims and help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges Because most items are one‑of‑a‑kind, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, reach out — I want you to be happy with what you receive.

Handmade & Upcycled Items These pieces may have natural variations, tool marks, or unique characteristics from the crafting or rebuilding process. That’s part of the charm and authenticity of handmade work.
